Brothers Jason and Josh Sweet, Cleveland Heights natives, launched their first joint business venture with Boss Dog Brewing Co. Fiorilli Construction managed the extensive renovation of the former Lemon Grass Thai restaurant on Lee Road, transforming the space into a modern brewery and dining area. The project included the installation of brewery machinery and creating a fully functional brewing facility within the space. Additionally, the renovation featured the construction of an outdoor patio, providing a welcoming area for patrons to enjoy the brewery's offerings. The result is a vibrant community hub that seamlessly blends modern amenities with the character of the original structure.
