Fiorilli Construction, Inc. proudly announces the addition of Jeff Karlovec as Manager of Business Development. Jeff has more than 26 years of client relationship experience with over 14 years in retail, commercial and multifamily construction. Jeff will be responsible for nurturing new business relationships in the retail and multifamily markets as well as aligning Fiorilli Construction, Inc. in additional market segments.

Jeff embodies the company’s high level of integrity and honesty while bringing a keen understanding of facilitating and maintaining client needs. His professionalism and mindset of taking care of the clients’ needs has resulted in many long-standing business relationships. While working with many top national retailers, developers and owners, Jeff maintains a consistent open line of communication between clients and staff to ensure that we are performing at or above the clients’ expectations.
