As such, we have dedicated our Finishes Division to our VISION to DELIVER CONSTRUCTION EXCELLENCE for each and every customer.

The FCI Finishes Division is a wholly-owned subsidiary designed to supplement our Construction Services business with self-performing services in carpentry, drywall finishing, metal studs, acoustical ceilings,  painting, flooring, and other general trades work.

With a strong core of talented & professional workers with these skillsets, our clients benefit from superior control of these key production areas, while also creating a more competitive advantage in our service offering by eliminating tiered profit from subcontractor markups and controlling material purchases with an inhouse purchasing agent.
