HILTON GARDEN INN- CLEVELAND, OH
Fiorilli Construction was the general contractor for the complete renovation of 77 guest rooms at the Hilton Cleveland East, implementing the new Hilton standard for finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). This $1.5 million project involved the liquidation of all existing FF&E, demolition of plumbing and light fixtures, as well as all finishes. The renovation included the installation of new FF&E, bathtubs, terrazzo shower bases, toilets, crown and base molding, wall coverings, carpet, ceramic tile, and light fixtures, along with updated electrical and data systems, ensuring a modern and luxurious stay for guests.
