THE MUSIC SETTLEMENT - OHIO CITY, OH
The Music Settlement’s new 19,000-square-foot facility on the near west side of Ohio City was constructed as part of a multi-story, mixed-use development on Detroit Avenue and W. 25th Street. This state-of-the-art building serves as a first-floor early childcare and music education center for the centuries-old community music school, offering early childhood education, music instruction, and music therapy services. The project, completed through Design-Build services, required meticulous coordination with the project developer to integrate the facility into the larger development. Fiorilli Construction also worked closely with staff to ensure all state and county mandates were met for the preschool classrooms, allowing operations to begin smoothly for the upcoming school year. The project was completed on time and earned LEED Silver certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and quality.
