Carmen Fiorilli is the President of Fiorilli Construction, Inc.
Mr. Fiorilli’s integrity and respected reputation in the industry provides seasoned leadership for a strong future in an industry that requires dynamic vision for success. He has learned to enhance the positive aspects while avoiding the common pitfalls of the construction business over a 25 years career as a big-picture construction specialist with an eye for detail and boundless vision, energy and expertise.
In creating and spearheading the company vision and nurturing key relationships, there is no aspect of the business that Carmen has not participated in and/or directed. Additionally, with much earlier experiences varying from national architectural offices in Cleveland and Chicago and Construction Management for a well-know Cleveland based REIT, his diverse background brings a unique perspective to the firm resulting in the capability of successfully synthesizing goals of the owner, architects, and contractor alike.
In addition to his business insight, Carmen is passionate about giving back to the community. He is involved with and sponsors many community events through Fiorilli Construction, serves on the annual fundraising committee for the Hospice of the Western Reserve, promotes company time and volunteerism for the Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity as well as the Purple Heart.
With this experience and leadership, he has dedicated his firm to servicing each client with unparalleled service, going beyond the typical contractor-client relationship and empowering each employee to excel in this common goal.
I have always believed in a unique combination of mindsets and have dedicated Fiorilli Construction to them culturally. These mindsets are simple: people and relationships matter most, always have integrity, professionalism, accountability, and never be satisfied with anything less than cutting edge cool services that deliver innovative solutions and add value for our clients. And last but not least…always provide a responsiveness that is infectious to clients and earns their trust, each and every day!
To me, a company’s organizational culture, simply put, is a matter of defining: Who you are, Where you are going, How you will get there… but most importantly WHY we do what we do. My ‘WHY’ is to make a DIFFERENCE in the lives of my family, friends, clients & employees. That’s WHY I’m here.
