PHENIX SALON - WESTERVILLE, OH

This project involved retrofitting a former Title Boxing Club into a modern Phenix Salon, including an expansion into adjacent space. The transformation required the landlord to deliver a white-box-ready premise, removing all existing equipment, counters, and partitions, and constructing new demising walls to support the expanded layout.
