Fiorilli Construction has a long standing partnership with Aldi. As part of its growth and expansion plan, Fiorilli remodeled & expanded Northeast Ohio local stores. The stores added on an additional 2,173 SQ. FT. during their upgrade to bring the total square feet to 19,075. Work was done during night to allow the stores to remain open during regular operating hours.

For the Warren location, it was a new ground up construction of an Aldi grocery store. The site had no storm sewer outlet or direct access. The local authorities deemed the site “undevelopable”. Working with ODOT and other state governing agencies, ABC was able to complete the project within 16 months.
