Fiorilli Construction transformed a 43,000-square-foot former Marc’s location into the new Cleveland Furniture Company, marking the company’s fifth location in six years. The project involved extensive shell alterations and a complete interior remodel to accommodate the new retail space. The scope of work included selective demolition, structural modifications, new partitions, flooring, lighting, HVAC upgrades, and ADA compliance improvements. Fiorilli Construction worked closely with ADA Architects, a long-standing partner, ensuring a seamless and efficient project execution tailored to the client's needs.
