Fiorilli Construction successfully converted the 56,000-square-foot former Giant Eagle grocery store on Lorain Avenue into a climate-controlled self-storage facility. The project included constructing three additional pre-engineered storage units and renovating an out-parcel sales office. Approved variances enabled construction to begin in June 2018 and complete in December 2018. This redevelopment project, led by DealPoint Merrill LLC and including CubeSmart as the tenant, revitalized the 4.3-acre site and contributed to local economic growth.
