FIVE BELOW -MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Fiorilli Construction managed the redevelopment and build-out of multiple Five Below locations, including an 8,300-square-foot space at Consumer Centre Shopping Center. The scope of work encompassed Landlord Improvements and tenant build-outs, coupled with exterior remodels, showcasing our expertise in harmonizing construction elements to create cohesive and inviting environments. Projects involved phased remodeling with stores remaining open, utilizing temporary plastic barricades, selective demolition of old fixtures, installation of new white fixtures, and extending doorways. Additional work included detailed cleaning and painting of restrooms and hallways and overnight tasks like cash wrap demolition, electrical rewiring, and low voltage installations to minimize disruptions. With meticulous attention to detail, each location—shaped by the architectural vision of Sargenti Architects and Weber Architecture—was efficiently completed in 9-10 days, highlighting our commitment to delivering spaces that meet functional requirements and align with Five Below’s brand identity.
