Fiorilli Construction successfully completed a three-story climate-controlled self-storage facility from ground-up, breaking ground in late fall and finishing construction during the winter months. Implementing a new prototype design with conventional exterior finishes on a pre-engineered building, Fiorilli ensured the project met all criteria and was delivered on time in the following spring. Their strategic site logistics plan and close collaboration with the owner minimized costs and kept the project within budget. Scope included renovating an existing building to create self storage units.
