### LIFESTANCE MEDICAL, COLUMBUS, OH

Fiorilli Construction successfully completed the interior alterations of a vacant tenant space on the third floor of a three-story commercial building, expanding an existing suite to maximize utility and functionality. The project involved precise demolition, the construction of new partition walls, and the installation of high-quality finishes, all carefully chosen to meet the client's vision. Additionally, Fiorilli Construction modified the existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and long-term efficiency.

> "Our priority was to create a cohesive space that seamlessly integrated with the existing tenant suite, ensuring that every phase—from structural modifications to finishing touches—was executed to the highest standard, aligning with the client’s expectations."  *Joe Aquila, Project Manager, Fiorilli Construction*
