Fiorilli Construction was hired as Construction Manager by Life Storage to complete the expansion of an existing facility after the previous general contractor defaulted. The project involved constructing a new two-story steel, masonry, and concrete self-storage building and fitting out units in the second-floor empty space of the existing building. Fiorilli Construction ensured seamless integration with the existing structure, delivering a high-quality, climate-controlled self-storage facility that enhanced Life Storage's service offerings.
