MARC'S WAREHOUSE - CLEVELAND, OH

Marc's Warehouse project expanded our valued partnership with Marc's from grocery stores to their 60,000-square-foot warehouse facility addition. The project’s SOW included site surveys, demolition, concrete work, masonry, steel erection, carpentry, insulation, roofing, door installation, painting, fire suppression, plumbing, excavation, utilities, and asphalt paving. Fiorilli Construction oversaw the project, ensuring it was completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, effectively enhancing Marc's warehouse capabilities.
