Our work includes comprehensive medical office buildouts, such as a 10,000 square foot facility featuring exam rooms, a pharmacy, and doctors' offices. Additionally, we have executed standard Oak Street Health clinic fit-outs with associated MEP systems, managed extensive renovations to existing building shells, and completed fit-outs for new primary care offices. This consistent delivery of quality construction has played a key role in Oak Street Health's growth and success.
