Over the years, we have completed multiple projects that showcase our dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare facilities tailored to Oak Street Health's specific needs. This ongoing collaboration has allowed us to refine our approach, ensuring that each project meets their standards and supports their mission of providing accessible primary care. > "During the entire project, our Project Managers were extremely happy with team at Fiorilli Construction efforts and work." *Gerick Smith, Real Estate Director, Oak Street Health* Our work includes comprehensive medical office buildouts, such as a 10,000 square foot facility featuring exam rooms, a pharmacy, and doctors' offices. Additionally, we have executed standard Oak Street Health clinic fit-outs with associated MEP systems, managed extensive renovations to existing building shells, and completed fit-outs for new primary care offices. This consistent delivery of quality construction has played a key role in Oak Street Health's growth and success. **Owner: **[Oak Street Health](https://www.oakstreethealth.com/) **Architect: **Arkinetics, Coscia Moos Architecture, Moody Nolan  **Location: **Various Locations  [Oak Street Health Virtual Tour](https://vimeo.com/436584887) from [Oak Street Health](https://vimeo.com/oakstreethealth) on [Vimeo](https://vimeo.com).   [![Oak Street Health -
