RITE AID - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS 

New construction of approximately 14,000 square feet of retail space. Recent locations include Lexington and Painesville, OH and Beaver, PA. Fiorilli Construction was the general contractor for these projects consisting of structural steel framing, bar joists, metal deck, EPDM roofing, light gauge framing and brick veneer, storefronts, drive thru, composite panels, and all interior finishes. This project additionally includes new sanitary and storm lines, parking lot, sidewalks, curbs, landscaping, and irrigation.
