SERITAGE RETAILS SHOPS, DAYTON, OH
Fiorilli Construction led the redevelopment of a vacant Sears Auto Center at Belden Village Mall, converting it into a white box space for new tenants, Outback Steakhouse and Hook & Reel. Collaborating once again with Seritage Development, this project strengthened ongoing relationships and involved significant reconfiguration, utility upgrades, and exterior enhancements to prepare the space for tenant-specific build-outs.
