Fiorilli Construction is proud to be a preferred construction partner for Sheetz stores throughout Northeast Ohio. Scope of work for the portfolio has included current site demolition, ground up new construction, and tenant relocations. Additionally, earthwork, existing foundation/structure demo, installation of site utilities, and roadway improvements.
"One project that stands above all others is the Sheetz Gas & Convenience Store in Parma, Ohio. Although not the conventional retail project, ABC Development’s responsibility was to deliver a pad ready site. Fiorilli Construction was not the initial contractor. During demolition, unsuitable soils and environmental issues were uncovered. After discussions, the initial contractor was terminated and ABC Development hired Fiorilli Construction to take over the project.
