Fiorilli Commercial was called in as Design Build Partner to spearhead a reverse engineer model of budget to workspace for the programing work with cost analysis of the project. Converting a 1920's railway repair hub into a state-of-the-art office space for law offices and tech firms. The project offered a unique workspace with a large crane and open space to another company below.
