SOUTHLAND SHOPPING CENTER- MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH

Property owners, Centro Properties Group undertook the task of redeveloping Southland Shopping Center. Fiorilli Construction was the general contractor for this project that includes a complete parking lot redesign with underground infrastructure improvements, revised parking lot layout for more convenient shopping, updated parking lot lighting for a safer night time experience, upgraded sidewalks, increased handicap access, and building demolition for a new Giant Eagle Store.
