STARBUCKS, HERMITAGE, PA
The project involved the ground-up construction of a new Starbucks location, including the complete build-out of the shell and related site work. Key elements included the installation of a new vestibule, exterior handrails, and an inviting entryway. The scope also covered the setup of lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems, as well as landscaping and the drive-through infrastructure. This comprehensive approach ensured a fully functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for the new Starbucks coffee shop.
