### STORAGE KING - WADSWORTH, OH

Fiorilli Construction completed a ground-up addition to an existing Storage King self-storage facility, featuring four new freestanding buildings. This expansion includes both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage units, adding a total of 22,400 square feet to the facility. The project also involved comprehensive civil engineering work to support the new construction, ensuring seamless integration with the existing infrastructure.
