RDL Architects has been working with Fiorilli for 15 years. We are currently completing a project started in 2018, it has gone through many setbacks that none of us caused: Covid, material shortages, and inflation. Due to Fiorilli’s efforts, patience, and fortitude, they kept the project together and found ways to get it completed despite all of these major hurdles. As we know, these issues have caused many other projects around the world to get canceled, but Fiorilli held this one together and brought it to the finish line. Applegreen USA found a partner in Fiorilli to plan and execute a cost-effective refresh of two quick-service restaurants. Unlike a standard brand refresh, this project required a unique and customized approach. We provided design ideas to Fiorilli, who responded with both pricing and execution suggestions. Ultimately, we agreed on a scope of work that satisfied our leadership while remaining within budget. From that point, Fiorilli skillfully managed all coordination with the field team, ensuring the business could continue operating throughout the renovation.
