Fiorilli Construction was proud to serve as a preferred general contractor for the four-story, 121-room ground-up construction of Value Place Hotel in Canton, Ohio. At the time, Value Place was the nation's fastest-growing value extended stay hotel brand, which later rebranded as WoodSpring Suites. WoodSpring Suites extended stay hotels are refreshingly different from other extended stay hotels, offering the perfect mixture of home-like comforts and hotel-like conveniences.
