Fiorilli Construction successfully completed the retail redevelopment of West Market Plaza, transforming the existing commercial space to welcome new tenants, including a future Aldi location, while maintaining space for current anchors. The project included downsizing adjacent units to support tenant relocation and optimize the overall site layout.

The completed reconfiguration improved site functionality, enhanced traffic flow, and modernized the retail environment. With flexibility built into the design, the plaza is now well-positioned for a more diverse tenant mix and sustained commercial success in this high-traffic Akron corridor.
